Export Photos from iPhone to Computer with Image Capture
It's very easy to export images from your iOS devices to your computer with Image Capture. Plug in your device and then run this application. It allows you to select a destination folder. After importing, it can optionally delete all the original photos. This app runs on most Mac OS X versions.
